Terms and conditions

Dreamdecor.ee (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Stockroom OÜ (company registration no 16419764) with the address Harjumaa, Saue vald, Vanamõisa village, Kukerpuu tee 9, 76407 and the e-mail address is info@dreamdecor.ee.

1. Sales contract, product and price information

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The prices doesn’t include a fee for delivering the goods, unless otherwise stated. The prices of the products sold in the online store are in euros, and payment is also made in euros. Information about the product is provided in the online store directly next to the product.

2. Order processing / payment options

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

- Direct bank transfer;

- Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Finnish bank links;

- Credit card payment.

To pay with a bank link, click on the logo of your home bank and you will be directed to the internet bank page, where a pre-filled payment order awaits you. Make sure the amount is correct and confirm the transaction. Then don't forget to click the button "Back to the merchant" - this is the only way to immediately receive a message from our system that you have successfully made the payment.

You enter your bank details directly into the Bank Card Center system. Information related to your bank account and payment is not saved, a secure SSL connection is used for data transfer.

Stockroom OÜ is the controller of personal data, Stockroom OÜ transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

The contract comes into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of the online store.

3. Delivery

The goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden according to the price displayed in the shopping cart and the mode of transport. Ask about shipping to other countries and regions.

Purchased products are subject to postage (unless stated otherwise ), which is paid by the buyer. We deliver the orders according to the mode of transport chosen by you. We will send your order within 1-3 working days, after receiving the amount you pay for the order to Stockroom OÜ's current account. In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be longer, in which case we will notify you.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

4. Products and Product Availability

We constantly update the product range. However, it may happen that the product availability ends before the product catalog is updated. In this case, we will contact you and, upon agreement, we will replace the product or cancel the order. If an order is canceled due to out of stock, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

5. Other conditions

We reserve the right to change and supplement the prices of the offered products. Changes in this regard will come into effect from the moment they appear in our online store.

The seller is not responsible for defects in the product that have occurred due to the buyer's fault or if the defect has occurred as a result of improper use of the product.

The seller has the right to withdraw from the order if the stock of the ordered goods has been exhausted.

If, due to a technical error, the price of the product offered in the e-shop has changed/made unreasonably cheap compared to the normal market price of the product, the seller has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction of the product with an incorrect price due to the technical error, provided that the seller has not yet sent the product to the buyer.

6. Submitting claims and returning goods

All products are subject to the claim submission period according to § 218 of the Civil Code Act. The purchase invoice is valid as proof of return. In the case of products, we ask you to carefully follow the instructions for use and maintenance that come with the product and the corresponding instructions. The right to submit a claim does not apply if the lack of goods is due to incorrect use of the product or damage to the product. To submit a claim, please send a precise description of the defect, the name of the person who submitted the order, the contact phone number and the order number to the address info@dreamdecor.ee.

The right to return goods is 14 days. The goods must be in the original packaging with the original invoice and all markings. The goods must not be used. Upon receipt of the withdrawal statement, the seller shall return all fees received from the customer based on the contract, including the costs of delivering immediately, but no later than 14 days after the end of the contract, . If the consumer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the seller, the seller does not have to reimburse the costumer the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method (Civil Code Act § 492). If the product subject to return has been opened or damaged in any other way, the product is not subject to return and is considered used. The return address and delivery method are agreed upon in each case.

The service provider is responsible for non-conformities or defects of the sold goods to the contract conditions that appear within two years after the goods have been handed over to the consumer. Within the first six months from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was already present at the time of delivery of the item.

In the event of a defect in the item, the buyer  must inform the seller about it within two months at the latest, or submit a claim (Civil Code Act § 220(1)).

If a defect is discovered, the use of the product must be stopped immediately.

The claim must be submitted in a form that allows for written reproduction and must state:

– consumer's name and contact details;

– the date of filing the complaint;

– indicate the reason for returning the goods;

– claim to the seller;

– a document proving the execution of the transaction or a guarantee must be referred to or a copy of it must be attached to the complaint.

7. Disagreements

All disagreements will be resolved through reasonable mutual negotiation. In the event that the parties do not reach an agreement, the disagreements will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
